Workshop Policy
All in-person workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable to other sessions.

We are unable to make exceptions to this policy for any reason.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to:
• Sell or gift your spot to someone else
• Receive a credit to use toward a future workshop

Please ensure you are available before booking, as this policy is firm.

Day 1: Newborn & Maternity Photography

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Welcome & Introductions

• Camera Settings & Lighting Overview

• Live Newborn Session

  • Ana demonstrates wrapping techniques, beanbag posing, and prop setups

  • Students may observe and capture images during each pose

  • All models have signed a release, so images can be used for student portfolios

  • Alex and Ana provide in-depth explanations of lighting and camera techniques

  • Open Q&A throughout the session

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

• Lunch (provided on-site)

1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Live Maternity Session

  • Demonstration of posing using gowns and fabrics

  • Lighting styles and setup explanations

  • Students take turns capturing images as Ana demonstrates and directs

  • Continued discussion of styling and creative direction

Day 2: Newborn & Post-Production

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Second Live Newborn Session

  • Ana demonstrates additional wrapping and posing styles

  • Lighting setups will vary to show multiple approaches

  • Students may continue to capture portfolio images

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

• Lunch (provided on-site)

1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Editing Demonstration

  • Ana shares her post-processing workflow, both traditional and AI-assisted

• Sales & Marketing Discussion

  • Strategies for building and growing a photography business

  • Open discussion for all experience levels – all questions welcome
